anthropic's api docs got a big update! looks like `claude models on google cloud (google managed)` is a new thing, and haiku 5.5 has a new tokenizer that might make your token counts go up.
big news for claude api users: sonnet and haiku rate limits now match opus, and they've consolidated usage tiers. also, `claude fable 5` and `mythos 5` use a different tokenizer, so check your token counts.
